Lost packages
Any body else getting the run around over items that haven't moved for over 70 days.

Everything I ordered (since the pandemic and China re-opened) has arrived - some of it taking three months plus mind you - but all made it through.

I'm not really sure what to say to those who have, or are, experiencing the opposite. :-(
It's twelve inches long, but don't use it as a rule...

Sorry to hear about the delay issue.

In normal condition, the ePacket package would be delivered in 15-30 working days recently. To your country, some packages may need a little longer. Your package has been shipped out on July 4th, it should be delivered these days. As there is no update information updated, we think the package maybe stuck at somewhere.

We have asked our Post office to investigate your package status a few days ago. The Post office said the package has been dispatched to your country already. We have asked them for evidence now, once we have the update news, we will send for you at once in ticket. Please kindly understand sometimes delay will be happened, but we will do our best to pay attention to your order until it is delivered. If the post office verified the item as lost, we will issue refund or reship the order per your choice immediately. We will keep you updated via the ticket once we hear back from them.

We will keep urging our Post to speed up the shipping as sooner as they can. We do hope you will receive the package very soon. Please feel free to write us whenever you have questions. We're always here to help.

It looks like Singapore Post throws everything onto ships whilst there are no flights in or out of Singapore.

Lost package
Any body else getting the runaround over packages that never showed. Ex. Shipped 3 separate times and stopped dead in tracking 65 days and counting

My package shipped July 7,july19,JULY 23rd. Same package. What did you do wrong? Why hasn't it tracked 1 inch since then. Mayby you put that on your web site in stead of stealing the money
