And your start was using an insulting title of "USA is just dirty".

If you go out of your way to insult 330 million people don't expect any kind of reasoned discussion to follow.

Yes, perhaps you are right and Wikipedia is wrong:

Tons of CO2 / person / year in the year 2018, the ww bigger industrial nations:

16.77 Australia
16.14 USA
16.08 Canada
13.59 South Korea
9.42 Japan
9.15 Germany
7.95 China

No problem. Didn't take it as an insult towards all 330M, more like, that special 74M that holds us back in all things.

"74 millions", that was the nytimes headline.

These people stop the development of better ideas.
Just because of money, money, ...
And the stupid voters believe what they say.

Yeah well, money is more important than life in America. Just look at our healthcare system. Says everything about our general mores right there. We could improve if we wanted; Obamacare was a good start and did set up a framework that can be changed over time to emulate the system that you have had in Germany since Otto von Bismarck, but, we probably won't do that.

And if you look at the World-ometer charts for CO2 per capita it lists 209 countries. The average for the world is 4.79 tons yet Germany produces almost double that at 9.72. Yes - world-ometer quotes 9.92 not 9.15

It seems you justify German excessive pollution because you have a lot of heavy industries.

Yes, the USA does produce more CO2 than Germany, but if you're going point a finger - make a comprehensive list of offending countries and you will note Germany won't come out smelling of roses.

No, I didnt say, Germany is "Weltmeister".
There is a lot to do, and our politics explained us some weeks ago,
how much money Germany needs by enterprise and personal tax,
to reach the CO2 target.
It is a lot of money.
But with better power solutions, Germany can also rise export .
Think what you want about this, but some nations have to do the first step.

Your mathematics are not logic and point into a wrong way.
My numbers are from 2018, perhaps someone has numbers from 2020.

You are living in the US bible belt in the middle of nowhere,
and you are too stupid to understand international news.
