Alright, I am willing to expand my horizons after reading this thread and AirWhinys post about a Voopoo.

Want to pick up the kit at SKU 9740006

Replacement pod cartridges SKU 9740063 (not sure why I need replacements-in case the attached one falls off?)

Stumped on all the various coils to choose from though.

Would like a pack in the 0.3ohm at 30-45w area.
But also really need a restricted DL such as 0.8 or MTL at 1.0 at 18-20w area.

If someone can please point me towards the correct SKU for each of those two possible coils, I will give it a shot and see if I am missing anything.

If that duck-beak-shaped drip tip annoys you (I hate them, they're so big), perhaps the Voopoo Drag will fit you better?
SKU 9725972 18650 version.
SKU 9742808 21700 version.

They come with a replacement pod, so really no need to buy extra. I never broke a pod.

My personal favorite is the Vaporesso Target PM80 SE, but no longer sold here. Can't vouch for the Voopoo coils, never used them, but many people love them.
0.3 Ohm coils SKU 9709970
1.0 Ohm coils SKU 9718625
These fit the kit you picked, the Drag 18650 version. Not sure about the 21700 version, I think they come with a new coil range that I'm not familiar with.

See those available at home but I would have to have one that takes an 18650 battery so have picked up the first one (Drag) in your last post. And one of each coil type.

Hopefully I will like it as I am tired of carrying heavy 21700 mods around outside. Thank you!

I'm afraid we'll lose a lot more of them

I always used to think we needed better starter kits, so that more people would vape, and then automatically more people would move on from that, into the hobby side of things.

But the entry-level gear has gotten so damn good, that there's really no 'moving up' anymore. I started my hobby journey with a Kayfun Lite and an Istick. Every $20 pod system out there now, gives a better, more consistent, more flavorful vape. For my own fun, I vaped a simple Voopoo V.Thru pod and a Kayfun Lite 2020 side by side, and the Voopoo pod wins that, easily.

I thought I had lost interest in vape gear, but it's mostly me not finding a better vape anymore. I get a more pleasant vape from a Vaporesso 0.6 GTX coil, than from a Dvarw or a Citadel. Esselar's right, this is the golden age of vaping, because it has never been easier to get a fantastic, flavorful vape.

Maybe modders can survive if they get into the pod market. I believe it was SXK who started first with the Billet tanks for various stock coils, that may have very well been the thing that will save modders.

I've been impressed by a few pod kits too. The Drag X, especially since Wotofo brought out the SMRT rebuildable coil kit for it. The Vapefly Optima too, that has rebuildable coil and rebuildable mesh coil options, all of which are really easy to do. The Smok/OFRF Nexmesh pod too, only problem with them is 2ml pods and the pods are so dark it's hard to see the liquid level, but a really nice vape for something so small. Few pod kits bringing out RTA pods for the kits too, I've ordered the Freemax Marvos with the mesh RTA to see what it's like. If you just use them with the coils they come with, they're very easy to use, no fuss and very handy if you're just nipping out for a few hours

That looks to me like the same coils in both pics, I'd swear blind they are. That's the coils I was meaning. Just looking at them closer, the 10 pack seems too cheap to be authentic, and there's tons of copies of the Voopoo PnP coils. The 5 pack that I'm seeing about £9, that would se to be a more realistic price for authentic. Aye, second SKU, that says authentic even though it took me 3 looks to notice

I will try that one, airwinny. I was looking for something easy to use at work without re-wicking and re-coiling.

Careful, that's how it started for me too. Now I'm googling deals on large quantities of coils. Everything in vaping is a rabbit hole.

I bought some of their rebuildable coil kits as well. Quite amazed at how easy they function and how well they perform. Proper innovative bit of kit.
