Question for Lost Vape fanboys
On saturday I will receive a Thelema Solo and would like to know if it's possible to swap boards with Hyperion. Love DNA100c chip but mod itself is too heavy and bulky to carry with me on urban expeditions.

Cant fault the Thelema Solo in any way, I don't own a Hyperion but I cant imagine it would feel much more high end than the solo.

Maybe it wont answer the question posed but i would just leave them what they are.

Thank you Richy. I don't know anything about Quest 2.0 chip but I'll check it out. Thelema solo looks gorgeous on SS, with DNA it would be my flagship mod.

Guessing along the lines of the usual manufacturing processes some manipulation may be needed in the fitment of the DNA100, potentially much the same as the 75C upgrade for the GRUS.

Routing out the metal faceplate for the larger usb c would be tough to do perfectly first try...also, the 100c has different usb placement, so your easier choice would be 75c, since Lost Vape designed their chip off of 75c dimensions/ button/usb placement.

While you post stupid memes, I'll wait for your finished product. If i wasn't clear enough...another usb port will need to routed, leaving a messy faceplate. Of course, you could bypass the Evolv USB and add your own, but with all that work, you could just buy a nice mod.

why have I thought about this so much, you ask? well, I like the new squonk LV released recently, but I'll wait for a DNA version, as again, the mod is made with 75c dimensions in mind.

From what I know of Evolv is that they usually publish PDF files for each of the circuit boards they produce. Within these PDF files a drawing of the circuit boards can be found with scaled measurements.

I'm guessing the C type USB and three control buttons will align correctly with the DNA 100C, just as the GRUS aligned with the DNA 75C.
If you might be able to post a picture of the two mods side by side with the buttons and USBs showing I'd appreciate it.

Perfect for vapers that don't know what "buck/boost" is, perhaps? Just kidding, but that gets OP no closer to his idea of a perfect mod...

They way I look at it - if the dimensions on this newer mod match up to the 100c, well, that means they intend to use the mod body for both chips, so a little patience will probably reveal LV's intentions.

hint: looking at photos, the USB does not match up, so any routing for a usb would have to be oversized, to incorporate both usb locations.
