In my case, I had paid the VAT on the first order!

Before they shipped the product as a replacement for the defective item, I had asked FT how it was going to work with customs, they explained to me that they were going to remit an IOSS number and that normally everything would be fine, unfortunately this was not the case!

The important thing for me is that fasttech assumed this problem and refunded me in full!
I have always trusted FT and I have been right, now let's hope that they will find the right process so that this will not happen again in the future!
