Seems it is your bank that declined it, not FT.

So maybe call your bank or whoever issued your card and find out why they declined the transaction.

There are several possibilities that a credit card might be denied:
1) The card issuer is having technical problems that prevent authorization of a transaction.
2) The card issuer sees a charge that doesn’t fit your normal spending patterns and blocks the transaction to protect you.
3) You’ve inadvertently exceeded the limit on your card.

If you know that your credit card is valid but your payment doesn’t go through, you might need to contact your credit card issuer directly.

We've also contacted the payment processor and asked them to check the reason. We will update you in the ticket once we receive a reply from them. Thank you.

Perhaps RussG, should have replied to the ticket FT made informing him of the situation?

Also I see it is good info as others may not realize why their card was declined.

Many people do not really understand why their cards are declined and blame the vendor rather than their card issuer.


Hopefully RussG will see this, so he doesn't have the same issues with other vendors.

I check mine on a daily basis, can never be to safe.

Also you set your CC account to inform you of every purchase made or can set to a certain amount.


Makes it easy to track the GF's spending and where she goes.
