I'm deeply sorry for my inappropriate reply. I was eager to resolve RussG's payment issue at the time and mistakenly allowed my personal judgment over the Customer Service standards, which was unprofessional.

To everyone, thank you for you to point out my mistake. I will positively deep reflection and make sure fully understand the customers' concerns before posting a reply. I guarantee that it will not happen again in the future.

I take full responsibility for my mistake and deeply regret the arguments that it caused. Please let that last post be the last of the arguments on this issue. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Once again, I sincerely apologize for the mistake and inconvenience caused to all of you.

You should ban the account outright, it will continue to troll, just like all the other alts they have created in the past.


Also could you change the wording you added to their deleted post above, to say just "Trolling" or "Harassment"?

OK. I forgot that I have already sent a warning email to him a few days ago, but he still open a new account to troll again. The account was just banned.

The reason for the deleted post above has been modified. Sorry, we were just trying to mark the exact reason for deletion. I will pay more attention next time.

The issue has been resolved after reading yours and another concerned spoke out against it, lydia listened and promised it will not happen again.

For me and OP it wasn't really an issue, I apologize to those that thought it was.
