PROS
Great Machining Threads are well made. Top fill that doesn't leak. Nice design to it. Very solid. 510 pin connection made very well.
CONS
Not a damn thing.
I know the disappointment with the name Kraken was used. I don't know there reason but maybe just maybe Vicious Ant want to say to all other makers we will use our beloved brand to show you how to make your products. Beats the living crap out of KangerTech Sub Ohm Mini. It has class compared to that. Seriously the Mini style looks like your mom gave it to you to put in your lunch box. The seating of the Kraken RBA seats much better than the KSM, the tank is actually protected instead of the metal being on the inside where it really doesn't belong. You can really clean this when changing juice. Krakens juice holes are slightly larger than KSM and it gives better flavor as well. The Kraken Top fill is a blessing. No little hole to poke your needle through or rings or worrying if it is going to leak. No wonder the cloners rush to get a top fill for the clones of the KSM. The design of the top cap to put back on has a thick locking groove to where it almost gives a vacuum seal to it. One minor flaw in the design is that it should of had a little indent on the rim of the top cap to give a better grip to screw it down to the tank. Not a big deal. Vicious Ant just smacked KSM all over the place with quality. Much better than the Authentic KSM. Air Control ring is very solid when it comes to adjusting the flow. It doesn't have the cheap feel to it. It moves and stays where you want it to. No the Kraken V2 didn't make all the holes that the KSM has. Just the two but you can adjusted it where you need it with what they have to offer. If you want a KSM style and want something that looks and works much better you want be disappointed in this. I am using 3 twisted NR-R-NR 316L at 6ish wraps. Nice an easy to connect. The screws are of good quality. Didn't mash the wire and held it very snug. Even though it is the Styled version they didn't cheap out on it. Which is good. I think it would be a shame not to buy this. If you don't buy it because of the name being used your just missing out on a quality atomizer. Over a name, really? Think about it. .24 Ohms and could have gone lower. It is made of much better metal and it doesn't get hot. Try it Mikey you will like it.

PROS
Well made. Threads are great. Easy to fill. Fast, damn fast. Easy to wick. Flavor right on the money, not muted. Plenty of parts.
CONS
None as of now.
There are a couple of good German videos on this. Worth watching to allow you to understand the process of making sure you get the best performance. I had to cut the stainless steel rods that came with it to make it fit in the tank and not stick to far out. If you don't have the tools to cut the steel cable wires no big deal you can use the mesh. Might be easier for most. If you have a power grinder then it is no issue. It does have great flavor. I also like the way you fill it. Probably the most efficient way of them all. Just stick the tip of the e-juice bottle into the plunger hole and press then squeeze. No mess, not opening up top caps, bottom screws or taking the tank apart. Perfect pressure maintained. I am using the rods for wicking. I went to 3.5mm dual coils, 24 gauge, 6 wraps. .37 ohms. You can go large in coil diameter and not loose a thing or go as small as you like and even single coil. Just screw in the grub screws that do come with it and all is well. You can also flip the air control ring over to use for MTL or flip it back to go full open. Clouds with flavor imagine that. Well thought of, well designed. Not a leaker. Use good wicking, you don't have to skimp, but you can if you cut down on the juice feed with the screws. Why screws an not a twist knob. I think that you have exact control with the screws compare to twisting something. It would of taken away from the design so it was the next most logical approach without taking away from the effect. Not a normal RTA. Nothing like it in away. So I won't compare it. It is in a class all its own, which is good. I am using all 6 rods so I have no dry hits at all. It is nice not think about what temperature I need to set with the wire I want to use. Don't get me wrong, it can be used in TC mode as well. It just designed from the beginning to be optimal. Because it has a lot more to offer than what you might think when seeing the parts that are pictured here, it is worth while to pick it up and try it. I know you will be surprised. If you are new to using different atomizers, learn about this before you buy it. Watch some videos. Not because it is complicated but it will help take away frustrations you may get backed into. It is different that is why I am mentioning that part. It would of been great to have cut stainless steel wire to the exact size. That is what took me the longest and only because it was late at night and didn't want to bust out the power tools. I cut it by hand. So yes if you got great cutters, no problem. If you have not great cutters, you will be there a while. Buy it and enjoy it. Once you have it set up the only thing you need to do is change the wick once in awhile.

PROS
Machined okay. I can understand why they made it so. You have to make sure when putting on the upper air tubes are above the coils. Spin it to the left or right will hit the post. No big deal. Clean, one was only. Easy to build on.
CONS
None for now.
The Allen wrench that came with the unit was not the right size. No big deal have plenty plus with the one that came with mine gives me another size I didn't have before. Not going to ding it for that. Easy to build. Not rocket science in any means. I used double coils on the bottom only which still allow the ability to get cotton where it was needed and a lot in the middle. In the middle is where the dripping takes place so the mo cotton the mo wet she gets. Which is nice because it allows for less dripping. Has a lot of air flow but also allows for enough control in the top air flow ring to keep the air pressure just right. Unless you are aqua lung, going wide open will just get you light headed. I am sure that it might be some peoples idea to have that effect. It does seem to want to seat just at the right spot. If you wiggle to the left or right to much the top unit didn't want to seat down flush. Not a big deal because the top air tubes need to be right above the coil. All in all for the price paid not a bad dripper. Keeps the juice and air were it needs to be. Refreshing to see someone at least start thinking more out of the box to deliver a better experience than a Kennedy. Okay for a president not the best for a atomizer. This one doesn't have the leaking. A plus in everyone's book. Coil it, wick it, enjoy it. Life to short to play games with trying to vape. This one won't cause the grief that other RDA can.

PROS
Easiest EK tank to build. Wicking channel is large. Air Control ring is not loose.
CONS
None
I had another style of EK and gave that away because of the air control ring being loose. Not an issue with that one but not my thing. The EK V2 has no issue with the air control ring. Nice fit. I did have a leaker when first built. I notice that there was an larger o-ring in the parts bag. Put that o-ring on the base of the deck. Not an issue after that. It seems at least to me that the position of the screws for placing the coil is much better. Didn't have to play around with getting the coil position right. I also believe the chimney piece for allowing the e-juice to flow through has been widen a bit from the other versions. Juice has a real good flow rate. Gives real good hits, flavor. Using Muji cotton which lays down really nice in the large juice channel. If you make sure that you have a stub of cotton sticking out from the juice channel where the chimney screws down to you will be alright for making sure no leaks to the air hole occur. This one is not a give away. It works really well and wasn't a pain to put together. Recommend this one for sure.
