Nice little 18350 device although mine showed up with some very small scratches, they'll buff out.
My button head 18350 Efest IMRs either had the atty floating slightly above the cap or a small space at the switch end. I did't think an S.A.E. thread would fit but after checking I cut down a brass 10/32 screw and replaced the 510 center pin with a shorter one I made from the brass 10/32 screw.

PROS
Once wicked and coiled correctly it's easily repeatable
Flavor is really good
Compact size with good liquid capacity
Compact atomizing chamber lends itself to less demand on batteries
AFC adjust-ability has really shown itself as an asset to this atomizer

Drip tip is just too small for me
Threading on the cap crosses easily causing leaking and the juice straw effect.

If it wasn't for the cross threading top caps I'd be suggesting this atomizer a lot more often. It may be hard for those with failing eyes to notice the little space indicating the cap is cross threaded so I don't.
Bottom line its a very good atomizer with a few minor flaws if you include the tiny drip tip.
Reports of poor tank sections also curtails my suggestions.

I originally bought this to mod it into a squoker but it just didn't seem worth it after trying it out. Average at best with terrible fill method.
The coil opening adjustment pin can be removed and drilled out larger for a better fill method,
